1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with SOLVYA FZC LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website solvya.ae. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Customer Eligibility

Our online store is available to residents of the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Offers

All products, prices, and offers are subject to change without notice. Product images and descriptions are for reference only; slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change specifications at any time.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed by selecting products, providing required information, and confirming the purchase. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order is only considered accepted when we dispatch the goods.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or if payment is declined.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the UAE and selected GCC countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or force majeure are outside our responsibility. Delivery is complete when products are delivered to the shipping address provided.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information. We only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied. All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at shop@solvya.ae. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
