Return & Refund Policy

At SOLVYA FZC LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at shop@solvya.ae with your order details and photos of the issue.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or personalized items unless they are faulty.

If your return is approved, we will arrange for the collection of the product and process a full refund or replacement, as agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective or damaged product).

No returns or refunds are available for products purchased on promotion or clearance, unless they are defective.
