Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through our website may be cancelled before the order has been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by e-mail at shop@solvya.ae.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may refer to our return and refund policy for further instructions.

SOLVYA FZC LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and any payments already made will be fully refunded.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
