How We Verify Customer Feedback
At SOLVYA, we invite customers to share their real experiences with our products for up to one year after purchase, allowing up to five-star ratings. The overall score shown is calculated from all verified reviews received in the last twelve months. In each comment, customers describe their direct, personal experiences with our products in their own words.
No Incentives for Reviews
SOLVYA does not offer any discounts, rewards, or incentives in exchange for submitting a product review.
Review Verification Methods
We use Judge.me as an independent review system to ensure that all published reviews are genuine and submitted by real customers (“Verified”). Judge.me implements several measures to guarantee authenticity:
- Technical safeguards: Review requests are only sent to customers whose email address is linked to a completed purchase.
- After completing an order, customers automatically receive an email from Judge.me inviting them to leave a review.
- Manual checks: Our team may also review submitted feedback to ensure only genuine buyers can post a review.
- Anonymous reviews are not allowed; the email used for the purchase acts as proof of purchase. If we find irregularities or suspect a review is not authentic, we investigate and remove it if no valid purchase can be verified.
This process ensures all reviews on SOLVYA reflect real customer experiences, providing reliable information for other shoppers.
